- 2012-13 CFA Institute Research Challenge in Thailand. - The Challenge is a competition in which student teams from the top area business and finance schools write an equity research report on an assigned company and present their findings to a panel of investment industry experts. Each university chooses one team of 3-5 members to represent it. Both graduate and undergraduate students are eligible. Students must be enrolled in the current term at the university they represent. CFA Charterholders and students who have prior work experience in fundamental company analysis are not eligible. Please Click Here to Apply within August 25, 2012.

- Inter-Collegiate Finance Competition 2012 - is an annual event of FINEX through the Junior Finex Committee (JFINEX) in partnership with JPMorgan Chase & Co. and in coordination with the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute of the Philippines. The Final Round will be held in Manila on October 22, 2012. Our university is invited to compete in the Final round with other 20 Universities from Philippines. - Young Financial Star Competition 2012 - Stock Exchange of Thailand with the cooperation of leading firms have arranged the Young Financial Star Competition or YFS 2012. The objective is to develop the knowledge about financial and investment planning for university students. There are four main star prizes, which are SET Star Investment Planner, K-Expert Star, Muang Thai Star Insuarance Planner, and PTT CSR Star Team. The 300 qualified students will have the rights to join activity (YFS camp) to improve the skills and knowledges in financial and investment planning and have a chance to take a single license exam. - Bualuang iExcel Contest 2010 - iExcel is the new innovation of Bualuang Securites in order to provide the tools for investment decision. The contest will be for the design of iExcel template. - CFA Thailand Investment Research Challenge (CFA Thailand IRC) - The Challenge is a competition in which student teams from the top area business and finance schools write an equity research report on an assigned company and present their findings to a panel of investment industry experts. The winning team will advance to compete in the Asia Pacific Regional Investment Research Challenge and Global Investment Research Challenge.
